Job Description

A large privately owned property investment and development company in Central London, are looking for an experienced PA to support one of the Directors of their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) side of the Business.As well as supporting the Director, the role will involve tasks within ESG and Project Management and you will be required to learn aspects of sustainability and be able to provide assistance in formulating strategies accordingly.As Personal Assistant to the Director, you will:

  • Act as a first point of contact, screening phone calls, enquiries, and requests.
  • Manage and monitor multiple inboxes in addition to preliminary drafting of correspondence on the Directors behalf.
  • Be responsible for complex diary management; prioritising requests and advising the best fit or balance of time management.
  • Assist with prioritising the Directors deadlines and priorities, reminders etc.
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers, clients etc. and meet and greet visitors
  • Type, compile and prepare documents/reports etc.
  • Book and arrange domestic and international travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Use online banking to approve and monitor outgoing payments.
The successful PA will:
  • Have previous experience as a PA to a Director within a Property company.
  • Ideally have some exposure to Project Management and ESG (not essential).
  • Have excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • Be able to juggle a busy diary that can have last minute changes.
  • Be a proficient user of Microsoft Office.
  • Possess excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be discrete, diplomatic and have the ability to exercise good judgement and tact.
In return, the successful candidate will receive up to £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience. If youre interested in this position then apply now.
