Job Description

Altum Consulting are working with a Global multi-national on a range of transformation programmes within their portfolio. We are currently recruiting for a P2P Programme Manager on an initial 6 month basis, but have a track record with the client of candidatesgoing on to support for 18+ months.The role will be responsible for developing and leading an individual program or a suite of High Value Strategic Projects within the Finance Controllership function. The primary focus will be on delivering an in-flight technology implementation project andwill include managing the program lifecycle and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to successfully implement the agreed solution.Role Overview-

  • Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with and manage all project workstream and move the project towards the agreed goals
  • Identify key requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors to create Business Requirements Document.
  • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established project goals
  • Ability to drive change and influence within a matrixed and decentralized operating model
  • Development and Maintenance of the Detailed Project Plan and tracking against milestones
  • Performance Reporting and RAID Log Management
  • Set-up the Project Governance cadence. Participate/Lead Project discussions/forums
  • Support Implement project related change and manage comms to Project Stakeholder working with the Comms Team
  • Highlight Risks and Issues to the SteerCo if the project is going off-track and work with the project teams and key stakeholders on remediation
  • Lead the Go / No Go for approval and finalise the Stabilisation and handover plans
Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience Leading Tech Implementation Programs (Business side) within Finance Transformation and/or P2P
  • Proficiency in Risk management and mitigation plans, assessing and evaluating different levels of risks and need for intervention.
  • Project related change management insight, outlining, and escalating key needs for communication and training
  • Experience of program governance including executive reporting and workstream tracking
  • Preferred- P2P Transformation experience.
  • Preferred- Consulting background with Vendor management experience.
  • Preferred-Exposure to S4 Hana and Master Data Governance
