Job Description

Job descriptionPURPOSE OF JOBTo mirror the service provided by the business to its customers during office hours on the out of hours desk. The individual is required to understand the staffing needs of each area in order to be best placed to provide the expected service.The individual needs to be proactive and competent in managing accounts in order to ensure opportunities are maximised.Experience within recruitment is desirable but not essential.KEY RESULT AREAS AND ROLE DUTIES; To put nurses forward for work at every opportunity and complete process either to confirmation or rejection To obtain candidate availability and referrals at every opportunity.
