The PwC Operate Application Management Services (AMS) is looking to recruit individuals with a proven track record in Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) and Payroll, specifically Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud, with at least 3-5 years relevant experience.You will be joining an established team of Support Consultants who provide support and consulting services to Oracle clients in the UK and overseas.You will be primarily based from a PwC office, or in line with PwCs everyday flexibility policy, with much of the work being undertaken remotely over secure network connections to client systems. As with any client-facing role you may be required to work on client sites from time to time.You will have demonstrable Oracle HCM and Payroll functional experience, preferably in a managed services provider environment, working to consistently high standards and with minimal day-to-day supervision.To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate experience of the following: Oracle Cloud Human Resources experience Oracle Absence Management experience Strong Oracle Payroll development experience Strong Fast Formula experience (absence and payroll) Understanding of Cloud Tables and Data Model in HCM Worked in a Managed Service capacity using ITIL best practice Excellent client facing skills and ability to liaise with clients at all levels Strong communication skills, both written and verbalExperience with the following products/skills would be desirable: Taleo Recruit Oracle Recruiting Cloud Oracle Learning Cloud Oracle Time and Labor Cloud Oracle Compensation and Benefits Cloud BI Publisher and OTBI Data Migration, Transformation and Load, HDL HCM ExtractsWhat is in it for youAs were responsive to client demands, your role will be varied and challenging, providing you with an opportunity to work with a wide variety of high profile clients.
