Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Applications Analyst to join a global organisation. Having gone through a period of transformation and change, going live with a full implementation of Oracle Fusion modules across HR, SCM and Finance.The successful candidate will be a real problem solver. Taking on board challenges that are too complex for the clients 3rd party providers, managing those relationships and planning for the future Oracle Fusion Finance & HR within the company.As the role matures, this position will be heavily involved in the companies project roadmap as well as continuous improvement of service offering, engaging with business users across finance and HR.Requirements/ Skills:

  1. Work with users to understand business requirements and identify and pursue opportunities for improvements in the user journey - or the technical delivery of the IT estate.
  2. Working with Product vendors and Managed Service Support to fix defects and make changes.
  3. Influencing the roadmap planning for Finance and HR applications and driving the change delivery priorities.
  4. Contribute to service catalogue management and controlling appropriate user access
  5. Role reports directly to the IT Business Operations Lead, who owns all our Supply Chain, Finance and HR technology.
  6. Role will primarily be supporting the Finance and HR functions but will have engagement with users across the business.
  7. Articulate and good communicator with the ability to communicate technical issues in an easy-to-understand way.
  8. Experience in a operations/ support environment using Oracle Fusion is essential.
  9. Solid understanding of HR or Finance important.
