Oracle Consultant/DeveloperRate - £500 a dayLocation - London Duration - 3 Months InitiallyIR35 - Inside (Must use an umbrella company)My client based in London are looking for a Oracle Functional Consultant on an interim basis.The role requires broad knowledge and experience in data and process integration in an enterprise database environment, with a focus on investigation of Oracle development and PL/SQL integration procedures and ETL (extract-transform-load) processes, as wellas data preparation and transformation. The role also requires an understanding of messaging-based integration platforms and API led integration.The post holder will be expected to play an active part in the Integration Service Project, as designs and understanding of requirements evolves, They will work in close collaboration with colleagues in IT and the business-led technology teams across the organisation.*Investigate and document integration packages, ETL processes, data preparation workflows, messaging platforms and related technical solutions, to meet agreed requirements and using current tools, e.g. Oracle PL/SQL, Microsoft SSIS, Alteryx Designer but alsothrough developing knowledge of tools (Salesforce, MuleSoft etc.) This will involve an environment comprising multiple and varied database technologies, including Cloud services.*Work to creatively propose and define solutions to information capture and integration design in a complex and changing technical environment.*Collaborate with colleagues, and external partners or suppliers when required, to gather information. This will particularly involve identifying the technical and business process context of integrations, as well as communicating the projects wider understandingof integrations to technical and non-technical audiences.*Work with the Data Analyst, Data Architect, and system owners to contribute to the development of data and integration platforms for an API/Middleware approach to data management.Spring Technology acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
