We move over EUR 1.6 trillion across the Banks platforms, support thousands of trading desks, and enable millions of banking transactions, share trades and emails every day.With award-winning mobile banking apps and trading systems, our technology platforms help Deutsche Bank deliver high quality products to clients.   • Leading the architecture, design and development of enterprise software solutions to business problems, working both autonomously when required, and collaborating effectively as part of multi-location development team
  • Writing code autonomously and as part of a team, as demanded by the task at hand, following and championing agreed Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) standards
  • Working closely with business owners, domain/data architects and engineers to ensure optimal design of data structures to support dashboards, reporting and analytical datasets for Credit Risk reporting and Analytics
  • Exhibiting and driving agile behaviours and technical excellence across a global team with focus on understanding and delivering business value in combination with defining and championing best practice software development standards in line with the firms standards and industry best practice
  • Owning problems, seeking help, providing guidance, and managing expectations to delight stakeholders.
  • Participating in and resolving findings in code reviews (4 eyes principle) of developed source code
    • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Deep technical knowledge of Oracle 11g/12c, Relational database Management System (RDBMS) and detailed understanding of Data Modelling, Data Warehouse Concepts, Database design, performance tuning, Online Transactional and Analytical Data Processing, with experience working with multi terabyte data warehouses.
  • Understanding of Banking, and Investment Banking Products; ideally experience of Risk Management systems.
  • Full stack development experience with experience of resolving typical software architecture problems and applying patterns.
  • Experience of working in an Agile Development team practicing (SCRUM), KANBAN, Extreme Programing (XP) and familiarisation with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) delivery methodology concepts
  • Experience building and working with continuous integration, deployment and automated test environments, including performance testing of large applications: Defining strategies for stress, concurrency and volume test and execution of those.
