Job Description

Operations Team Leaderrequired by a leading membership organisation in central London. The post holder will manage the development and delivery of public and in-house accreditation programmes and specialist courses in the UK and overseas.This is a permanent, full time rolesalary £35,000 per annum plus excellent benefits. Offices located in central London (within easy reach of 2-3 main tube and train stations). Hybrid role (both office and home based working). Interviews asap!Duties:

  • Day to day management of four Operations Coordinators.
  • Mentor and supervise operations personnel.
  • Working in conjunction with the Operations Manager on annual public training budgets including breakdown of monthly revenue in accordance with planned public training courses.
  • Report on Monthly Commissions / collaborations.
  • Work with finance to resolve any invoice / credit note queries
  • Advance scheduling of dates for UK and international public course calendar and add to the booking system once confirmed by tutors and venues, for advertising on organisational websites.
  • Progressing changes and updates of course notes from tutors to production ensuring all materials are up to date at all times. Reviewing delegate pack and content on an annual basis.
  • Keep all Operational processes up to date ensuring any system updates are reflected
  • Produce new processes as and when required
  • Monitor and action any feedback comments from delegates and tutors working in conjunction with the relevant team members.
  • Campaign ManagementAllocation of campaigns to coordinators, processing campaigns to ensure GM% targets are met.
Key requirements:
  • Previous experience of working in a training/events administration role.
  • Experience of database management and associated reporting is essential
  • Some budgetary experience as well as people management would be beneficial to this role.
  • Salesforce experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail and a superb telephone manner are all essential.
