Job Description

Premier Recruitment(S.E.) has a great opportunity to work with prestigious unique market leading client, based in London, who is currently seeking an enthusiastic Operations & Planning Co-ordinator, to join their growing team.This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing team, to progress fast and learn many new skills.The RoleBeing responsible for planning and co-ordinating company operations, this role is both exciting and varied. Full training will be provided during the induction period. The key duties/responsibilities of the role include:

  • Answering, logging and organising customer enquires in a friendly and professional manner
  • Supporting the Financial Controller and sales team to confirm customer orders, projects, and customer invoicing
  • Booking customer jobs and organising technical field service engineers’ diaries in advance
  • Managing field service engineers and ensuring good health and safety practice and high standards of job workmanship daily
  • Working with partners and sub-contractors to book project work and support customers
  • Project managing and planning to include vehicle and equipment allocation, vehicle installation scheduling and customer communication
  • Allocating and confirming orders for the warehouse/operations to organise
    • Experience
  • The individual will be an experienced Operations Co-ordinator, who has previously worked in a fast paced and dynamic environment. With a minimum of 3 years customer services experience
  • Candidate must have moderate to strong IT skills, with excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • The ability to efficiently meet timelines and effectively manage projects is a must
  • Experience of Vehicle CCTV, CCTV, Telematics, or vehicle related industries is advantageous but not essential
    • Qualifications and Education
  • Ideally a degree or an advanced degree in a business or project management related field.
  • A Full UK driver’s licence is essential (preferably clean).

  • Highly competitive salary and with an excellent progression model
  • Basic Pay - £30K to £35K PA + Strong Progression (depending on experience)
  • 20 holiday days per year + bank holidays
  • Location of work - London SE18
  • Minimum 42.5 hrs per week.Working an 8.5-hour day between 08.30 to 17.00, Monday to Friday
  • Some evening/weekend work is expected, to complete important tasks/support projects
  • Immediate start available
