Job Description

Operations Manager will provide overall Operations, system, administrative, and data management support to our internal sales team across the EMEA Geo. This position will communicate frequently with all levels of our sales team and maintainstrong working relationships with those individuals. Responsibilities/duties:

  • Support the Strategy & Planning Director in the implementation and deployment of planning and control activities and building out the implementation of the required GTM strategies across the EMEA region
  • Provide internal, cross-functional administrative support for the sales team
  • Assist with Salesforce reporting, dashboard creation and audits, Generate, prepare, manipulate, and analyse standard and custom reports, data presentations etc
  • Support in defining, maintaining and tailoring processes as required by the S&P Director for implementation across the Geo
  • Conduct daily administration, project management, and auditing of the CRM/Salesforce.com platforms etc
  • Develop and maintain management tools, including relevant project methods and templates, fit-for-purpose.
  • Contribute to research projects using various other data sources, producing presentations, reports and documents for exec level review
  • Keep and manage programme management tracking and project management smart sheets
  • Ensuring tasks and deliverables are on track and delivered, working with stakeholders to ensure any missing items are managed to delivery
  • Identify and implement areas for sales process improvement
  • Supporting the S&P Director with the deliver of and data collection and review for MBO, QBO, QBRs, and other monthly quarterly as required
  • Assist in meeting group deadlines by facilitating processes, situations, and taking corrective action on issues
  • Working on ad hoc projects,
  • Support the GTM process under the direction and day to instruction of the S&P leader
  • Build excel, powerpoint and other collateral to support as needed
  • Provide backup support to team members as needed
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • Tech savvy, highly collaborative, motivated, and focused on the needs of others
  • Excellent skills and knowledge of creating reports with Salesforce.com, ALN and Yardi Matrix
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to develop internal professional relationships
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams within the organization
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, detail-orientated, and highly-organized
  • Grace under pressure, ability to react quickly to changing priorities
Education and experience requirements:
  • Minimum of high school/GED, bachelors degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of related sales operations/administrative experience
  • Thorough, functional experience with Salesforce.com, etc
Responsibilities & Objectives

  • Present findings and recommendations using business proposals and presentation decks
  • Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking
  • Demonstrate quality delivery through receipt of positive client feedback
  • Participate in Business Development initiative
  • Support in internal company functions such as Marketing, and channel activity within the Geo in line with this works roll out
