We offer a range of recruitment and staffing solutions to property managers.We are looking to hire a data-driven Operations Manager with a background in Recruitment to join us on a full time (37.5 hours per week) permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to move away from a billing role or other recruitment/TAbackground, and take ownership of an expanding business which has big ambitions for 2024 and beyond!This role will work closely with the Chief Operations Officer, acting as his right-hand person freeing up some of his time to focus on big plans for expansion. The successful applicant will be comfortable liaising with important clients, managing upin a way that is helpful for the senior team, and leading and developing colleagues. They will be used to working in a fast-paced environment, will be calm under pressure, and capable of making important decisions in sometimes challenging situations.We are looking for a self-starter who will take ownership of internal and external operations and who has the ambition to really drive the company forward, imbedding a culture of high performance in all they manage.Key responsibilities
