As part of a new strategy build out, we are working with an already established manager who’re keen to hire an operations manager for their macro strategy. Working within a broader team that covers several other asset classes, the successful hire will betasked with running with the day to day, as well as assisting on building out the infrastructure; systems, process, PBs etc.The ideal profile will be someone with experience in a smaller, perhaps start-up hedge fund setup. You will be supporting the PMs from day one, and covering, NAVs, investor queries, compliance and regs, etc. Products to be covered include rates, bonds, andfixed income. As this is will be their first ops hire focusing on this strategy, there is potential for further growth in the team and hiring individuals to support you down the line.
