Operations Manager - Marylebone - London - £45k A prestigious new development is looking for a Head Concierge to deliver 5 star service and standards; managing the facilities & concierge team whilst providing a high level contact for all residents.The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of building, managing and maintaining relationships with the clients/team in a high level setting. You will be a problem solver with a desire to deliver the best service. The ideal candidate will comefrom a 5* or 4* hotel or another environment famed for its high level customer service. You must be a team motivator and have ideas to elevate service.
