Job DescriptionOur client is a Privately owned organisation that provides a range of Mental Health Services in the South East with an International client baseThe position is multi-faceted role that will involve the opportunity to be part of a growing organisation.Salary is dependent on working conditions/hours and you will perform the following dutiesCQCRegisteredManager.You will have worked in Mental Health Services including that of substance misuse services and performed the role previously as CQCRegisteredManager. You will have experience of ensuring your previous organisation met the 5 keys questions of CQC inspections and be comfortable in preparing for CQC Inspections, managing the associated adminstration and keeping the Nominated Individual (Owner) and the wider Governance team up-to speed on the changes in legislation.Operations ManagementYou will be the eyes and ears of the CEO and perform the role of working closely with him to ensure projects, client engagements are delivered effectively and with the highest levels of services.Personal AttributesHigh Energy, Driven and wanting to grow with the service - must have a level of ambitionQualificationsAny of the followRelevant nursing, physiotherapy or occupational therapy qualification and registration.Relevant social work qualification and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)Degree/Masters degree related to social care, healthcareBenefits:·Work from home opportunities·Flexible working hours Required skills
