Job Description

Role overview:The Operations Manager is an ambassadorial role presenting the Lodge Security brand as a symbol of reliability and quality. Representing the Company in all aspects of service delivery, negotiation and business development, the Operations Manager will beexpected to act in the best interest of the Company, our clients, and your colleagues at all times.   • To ensure the terms of contract are implemented and adhered to
  • Ensure full Assignment Instructions, compliance, for all contracts nationwide
  • Implement all agreed crisis management and contingency plans in conjunction with the client requirements.
  • Implement all service level agreements and key performance indicators with clients
  • Create and produce all relevant operational and administrative reports on an agreed weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to both line report and client
  • Adherence and implementation of all LODGE SECURITY policy and procedures
  • Manage your contracts and have the ability to identify swift & realistic solutions to problems and issues that may arises
  • Be responsible for the creation and implementation of annual objectives for all your teams
  • To ensure full financial/invoicing requirements are adhered to including the provision of a monthly debt matrix
  • To provide operational framework & development of all your contracts
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is met, maintained and exceeded for all contracts
  • Development of strong client relationships. Demonstrated by organic growth and great retention
  • To create annual/quarterly strategic operational objectives when required. To volunteer to be involved and have a solid understanding to be able to contribute to all relevant security tenders
  • To create and deliver formal client facing presentations
  • Ensure all sites are manned within contractual requirements and supporting with the arrangement of ad hoc cover
  • Compile and monitor service level agreements and key performance indicators
  • Assist the Site Management in devising and managing security and related policies for the client as required. Ensure that security requirements set by the client security management along with instructions and policies are incorporated within the site AssignmentInstructions and correctly implemented by the security team
  • Responsible for all staff related issues, including but not exclusively, control of planned absences e.g. training and holidays, forward rostering, staff welfare and morale
  • Having a strong working relationship with resourcing to ensure that all teams including relief cover employed at the clients premises undergo the stipulated training and assessment of competency processes
  • Attend and offer meaningful dialogue in all client meetings
Candidate Profile:
  • A valid front line SIA Licence (Essential)
  • Clean driving licence
  • Operational knowledge of security best practice, procedures and issues to quickly develop required levels of specific expertise, including the operation of technical security systems and conduct of investigations (Essential).
  • Management experience of multiple contracts in varied building and business types (Essential).
  • Experience of managing teams (Essential).
  • Exceptional customer focus and care, with the flexibility, energy and desire to understand the firms culture and to deliver a service which is both commensurate and of the highest quality (Essential).
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills to build and sustain effective working relationships (Essential).
  • Proactive, innovative and risk awareness (Essential).
  • Ability to liaise with the client, build solid working relationships and manage conflicting priorities.
