Job Description

Experienced Operations or Group Manager within the Business and Industry Commercial sector of Contract Catering needed!If your ready for the next challenge then keep on reading.The role

  • To oversee a 5 million turnover business;
  • Full responsibility for P&L of the patch;
  • Recruitment, motivation and development of the existing Catering/Unit Managers;
  • Directly reporting into the Director of Operations;
  • Good food developement knowledge;

  • Multi site experienced Operations Manager or a Support Operations Manager within the B&I or Commercial side of Contract Catering is necessary;
  • Very strong commercial and financial acumen focused on maximising the revenue as well as budgeting and cost analysis;
  • Strong knowledge of HR procedures;
