Job Description

Operations ManagerHybrid/London Office/Client SitesSalary of £80,000 Dependant on ExperienceOperations Manager to join the Pioneers within Smart Building Solutions, overseeing a team of Project Managers and Site Managers whilst managing all elements of the project lifecycle.The ideal candidate would come from a strong background within large Technology or IT Companies, possessing a deep understanding of project delivery processes.Some of what you will be doing:

  • Managing all aspects of projects including risk mitigation, forecasting and delivery.
  • Creating management information to pitch to the team, including finance and contract planning.
  • Building project strategies focused on client needs and requirements.
  • Maintaining client relationships and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluating delivery of services and redesigning project offering.
  • Working collaboratively with the Sales, Design and Project Staff.
  • Conducting performance reviews and career development plans for team.
Ideally, your skills and experience will include:
  • 5+ Years Experience working within Technology or IT Industry.
  • Strong Experience within Project/Operations Management.
  • Knowledge of Networking, AB and Structured Cabling.
  • Strong Experience leading Large Teams and Technical Projects.
  • Extensive Knowledge of Project Contracts and Deliverables.
  • Strong Understanding of OGC Projects/Programme Process.
It would be great if you also had:
  • Experience working with Smart Buildings.
  • Experience within New Construction Environments.
