Job Description

Our Client, a Corporate Travel company that specialises in the Film & Music industry are seeking a Tour Operations Manager to join their team.We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Operations Manager to join our client based in West London.The role: The Touring team aims to deliver comprehensive and high-quality services to its clients. The Tour Operations Manager has responsibility for ensuring the team within its remit always delivers the highest standards of tour travel logistics with a personalisedand individual approach, and in accordance with company and client policies. This role involves people and operational management, along with some involvement of Touring business activities at department, division, and global level.Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the London Touring team for both operational performance and all aspects of general staff management.
  • Oversee the daily function of all touring business within the London office to achieve an effective, successful, and profitable
  • Evenly distribute tours in consideration of agent/client compatibility. Liaise with Tour management colleagues for regional
  • Provide support, mentoring and coaching to enable staff to effectively and accurately service clients. Observe day-to-day agent Tour tasks to ensure all responsibilities are
  • Take ownership of personal and team understanding and adherence to all applicable policies.
  • Monitor, identify and address training needs and devise development/progression
  • Coordinate staff holidays and other absences, ensuring all are recorded and processed

  • Complete appraisal reviews according to company Conduct regular team meetings and meet with individuals as required.
