  • A proactive, tech-savvy mindset that excels in fast-paced start-up settings.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficient management of B2B orders and customer relations.
  • Overseeing timely global deliveries and supply chain logistics.
  • In-depth understanding and management of warehousing procedures.
  • Seamless collaboration with Third-Party Logistics (3PLs), addressing and resolving challenges as they arise.
  • Rigorous analysis and reporting on vendor performance metrics, such as cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensuring compliance with all import/export regulations.
  • Serving as the go-to person for all customer queries, covering everything from order fulfilment to tracking and returns.
