Job Description

Operations Executive - Claims Handling team A chance to join an Australian start-up that has spanned the globe, and now electrifying fleets of electric vehicles in the UK. With over 4000 million invested into this business, they have big ambitions to acquire thousands of electrical vehicles. Throughworking with global businesses, they are disrupting the way in which standard vehicle ownership works, for good.This is a multi-faceted role, and a perfect move for anyone who wants to grow in a surging industry with a stable company. Youll be taking ownership of so many pieces within the company, have the opportunity to develop solutions from scratch to see improvementsin realtime. From stock managment of new electric vehicles, to driver improvements using IoT devices - this role will ensure youre always busy!To succeed youll be:

  • Experienced on Microsoft, especially excel
  • Numbers minded and thrive on data driven results
  • Holder of a UK drivers license
What youll do
  • Maximise the benefits of supplier relationships, from Vehicle OEMs to insurance partners
  • Define procedures to manager and control spend on claims
  • Review IoT telematics on driver data to suggest improvements
  • Minimise risk of claims and accidents by putting together driver improvement plans
  • Set and monitor agreed partner SLAs and KPIs
  • Ensure all Credit Hire opportunities are converted to meet or exceed budgets
  • Escalation POC for all members involved in accidents/incidents.
  • Recover any unrelated claims efficiently in-house to minimise any loss on repairs
  • Stock management of the newest electric vehicles
  • Ensure vehicles are in the right system status and location around the country
  • Handle all damage repairs estimates
  • Ensure that information in the Fleet Management System is accurate and up to date
  • Provide recommendations on improvement using evidence-based metrics
  • Produce/present weekly reporting on open/close claims and costs for senior management team
