Operations AssistantGraduate Operations Assistant required to join this growing, successful entrepreneurial firm in East London - hybrid working and buzzy, social environment - £28,000-£33,000Great opportunity for a graduate to join this growing, entrepreneurial firm (of c. 40 staff) in their finance operations division. You will join as the fourth member of the team and have excellent exposure across the finance operations function, workingclosely with the Accounts Manager to ensure the smooth running of finance practices.This is a busy and varied role with excellent scope for the right candidate to take on more and grow with the company. Duties will include liaising with suppliers, producing reports, setting up payments, raising and processing invoices, managing expensesand processing bank reconciliations as well as providing general administrative support as necessary.The role will involve regular internal and external liaison therefore strong communications skills are essential. Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy are key too, as is the ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload. 12-18 monthsexperience is a similar finance / operational role is ideal.Salary £28,000 to £33,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits package including private medical insurance, social events and team away trips. 9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday with hybrid working.
