Operations Analyst

Operations Analyst Contract length - 4 months Inside IR35 Responsibilities:

Engage SMEs to develop business processes, capture requirements and identify areas for improvement
Document business processes using MS Visio or other software clearly and concisely
Create User Stories in Jira and be proficient in developing and using acceptance criteria
Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
Perform requirements analysis, using MOSCOW prioritisation and generate wire-frames
Communicate your insights and plans to other stakeholders in the business, the customer and other 3rd parties
Support the development of test scripts and support testing
Produce written deliverables to a high standard with the minimum of supervision
Support the documentation of processes, procedures, governance forums and ways of working into an Operations Handbook

Experience:

Experience of business analysis working in a project management environment
Experience working in a telecoms operations / network environment and knowledge of TM Forum standards
Experience of an Agile way of working
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Excellent documentation skills
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook
A track record of following through on commitments
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Comfortable working with complexity and ambiguity in a fast paced setting
