Operations Analyst

Key Tasks will include:

Production checking and adding trades to daily run FX requirements, ensuring correct funding or repatriation of all currency balances resulting from trades, income, fees and cash contributions / withdrawals.
All executed FX trades are matched. Be point of call for settlement dispute or queries which arise from this.
Monitor daily cash positions in the accounting system.
Responsible for the various 3rd party custodian FX relationships for restricted currencies ensuring all instructions are sent out correctly and accurately.
Check and update any Standing Instructions in place so all currencies are covered or repatriated accordingly.
Monitor daily cash movements for all daily dealing funds, keeping the trading teams informed and inputting any cash flows into the accounting system.
Responsible for all client onboarding and terminations with 3rd party banks and all relevant service providers.
Assisting other team members, when essential to support and provide insight.

Candidate Profile

3-5 years exposure to cash management and FX would be preferable.
Interpersonal skills.
Communication skills to speak to employees on all levels internally.
Willingness to take responsibility, use initiative and display curiosity to learn.
Good working knowledge of Excel
Ideally experience with FXAll / CLS / Simcorp Dimension
