Senior Associate - Operational ResilienceOur Banking is currently seeking for their Central London branch a well-rounded Senior Associate for the Operational Resilience team to on a permeant basis with a salary of £35,000 on offer.What does the role entailAs the Senior Associate for the Operational Resilience Team your main job will be: Operational Resilience & Crises Management has the ability to prevent disruptions to its critical services from occurring. A multifaceted risk management associate who canperform the fundamental roles of an Operational Resilience & Crises Management associate, which include assisting the Deputy Manager - Operational Resilience in the development of the Operational Resilience Framework, assist in the implementation of the BanksOperational Resilience Management Program, and identify gaps in process and controls.What skills will you haveThe ideal candidate for Senior Associate for the Operational Resilience Team must have proven experience in developing policies and procedures and the successful implementation of these into business. Understanding of operational resilience, business continuityrisk and internal controls appropriate to a regulated financial services business. Strong internal and external communication and excellent interpersonal skills, together with the ability to develop good working relationships with various unit heads to forma strong communication channel.
