A brand New RPO Client Win means Lorien are looking for a number of IT Recruitment Business Partners.Ideally, you would have worked onsite / in-house or in an RPO capacity specifically delivering across the whole of the IT Recruitment spectrum. You will be responsible for delivering all the IT recruitment activity for the client exclusively. The onsite team will be responsible for all the IT recruitment and your remit will be to increase all thedirect recruitment activity for this client. Being hands on yourself and have a proven track record in increasing direct applications via different avenues such as running events, marketing campaigns and referrals. While managing the whole recruitment processfrom start to finish. Understanding the best route to market for a variety of different levels of opportunity.Beyond this level, you will then act as the bridge between the client and Lorien Resourcing to ensure that the offsite team of Resourcers and Account Managers can deliver the very best CVs to fulfil our clients requirements. Naturally between the LorienOnsite Direct Recruitment Team and the Offsite Recruitment Team at Lorien HQ our obligation is to successfully recruit and fulfil each recruitment requirement. However, if necessary you will also manage the 2nd tier / 3rd tier suppliers to supply the verybest candidates for this client.
