Onsite Recruitment Business PartnerPermanent IT Recruitment - RPO Model Hybird (London Office + WFH)£40k-£50k BASIC SALARY + 1/4 BONUS + COMMISSION = APPROX £60-70K OTE.I have some great news for all you Onsite Recruiters in the RPO Technology / IT World. A brand New RPO Client Win means Lorien are looking for a number of IT Recruitment Business Partners.Ideally, you would have worked onsite / in-house or in an RPO capacity specifically delivering across the whole of the IT Recruitment spectrum. You will need to be Hands On and driving and developing Direct Recruitment Strategies and Direct Recruitmentwhile also having strong senior stakeholder management experience in an onsite capacity.Overview:Lorien Resourcing is a market leading technology recruitment business. Delivering recruitment services from PSL all the way through to full multidiscipline RPO. The key to our service is that technology recruitment expertise is at the very core or everythingwe do. This is what makes us a part of the largest recruitment business in the UK and the 6th largest worldwide.This is a fully outsourced recruitment solution. You will be responsible for delivering all the IT recruitment activity for the client exclusively. The onsite team will be responsible for all the IT recruitment and your remit will be to increase all thedirect recruitment activity for this client. Being hands on yourself and have a proven track record in increasing direct applications via different avenues such as running events, marketing campaigns and referrals. While managing the whole recruitment processfrom start to finish. Understanding the best route to market for a variety of different levels of opportunity.Beyond this level, you will then act as the bridge between the client and Lorien Resourcing to ensure that the offsite team of Resourcers and Account Managers can deliver the very best CVs to fulfil our clients requirements. Naturally between the LorienOnsite Direct Recruitment Team and the Offsite Recruitment Team at Lorien HQ our obligation is to successfully recruit and fulfil each recruitment requirement. However, if necessary you will also manage the 2nd tier / 3rd tier suppliers to supply the verybest candidates for this client. In summary:1st Tier - Lorien Onsite Direct Recruitment Team2nd Tier - Lorien Offsite Recruitment Team (Resourcers & Account Managers)3rd Tier - Vendor Management (External Agencies)The role will encompass all elements of the recruitment life cycle working with the client from demand planning, resource approval and requisition, interviewing selection and on-board. The client will expect that Lorien will deliver best in class recruitmentservice and practices drawing on the knowledge and experience of our team. The client will expect this person to either have the knowledge first hand or to be able to work with the Lorien RPO team and act as conduit to ensure that the service is deliveredto the highest level.Working as part of the Recruitment Team, success in the role will be the ability to integrate with the business to act as a true trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the recruitment of new talent. We are looking for a hard-working, career mindedand results driven individual with a high level of professionalism and ambition to be based on client site as part of Loriens RPO onsite recruitment solution. You will be accountable for the recruitment process with a key focus on increasing various differentDirect Recruitment Strategies across the whole business.Key skills:

  • Proficient in full life cycle permanent IT recruitment delivery
  • Streamlining recruitment process / Vacancy management
  • Ability to qualify technical job specifications with line management
  • Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders with the client
  • Ability to identify process improvements and efficiencys in relation to recruitment best practice
  • Must be hands on and able to demonstrate various direct recruitment strategies
