Job Description

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be optimising and delivering world class digital campaigns with a focus on Affiliates, Search, Social and CRM for the business online.Client DetailsMy client is one of the most admired and innovative brands in the world.   • Day to day point of contact regarding digital campaign strategy for the online store - PPC, CRM, Paid SOcial, Affiliates, and SEO.
  • Take an active interest with the sites performance, especially with regards to traffic & revenue metrics, with daily self-serving from reports and dashboards.
  • Proactively organise team briefings & wash up sessions, pulling together all findings Work with the day to day channel execution teams in both Marketing and media agencies to ensure we are getting best ROI on all activity, and that we are hitting agreed targets
  • Attend planning meetings to align on campaigns and learnings
  • Quality checks all work carried out by our agency to the highest level & manage all internal approval requirements, including divisional and legal
  • Profile
  • A passion for creative execution
  • Experience in digital campaign planning specifically across performance channels (Paid search, affiliates and paid social strategy)
  • Good working knowledge of Digital marketing and ability to deliver value as part of the coordinated communications mix.
  • Project management skills - capable of delivering project plans and balancing schedules across own and team projects.
  • Ability to effectively manage agencies and to work in large cross functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially-driven and comfortable with "the numbers"
  • Some understanding of on site/commercial performance metrics (traffic, orders, revenue & conversion), as well as marketing critical metrics (ROAS, CPQV, impressions / CRM open rate, click through rate, etc)
  • Job OfferThis is a long term contract position with up to 10% on target bonus; the offices are based 30 minutes from Waterloo and 20 minutes from Clapham with flexibility to work in their London Agencies and from home. The contract also comes with wider benefits package. Required skills
