Job Description

Online Customer Service Team Leader, (Beauty and Wellness Online Retailer)£28,000 - £30,000 FTC (Mat leave cover) London (Hybrid) Were looking for a highly motivated and tactile individual who has at least 3 years experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will have proven communication and problem solving skills, be well spoken with an excellent telephone manner andpossess good written skills. This role will be based in North London three days a week, with two days working from home, and 2-3 hours working every other weekend from home.Responsibilities

  • Managing a busy team with all aspects of customer care; dealing with customer queries regarding products and orders, to managing customer feedback online.
  • Answering customer calls to deal with queries, product information, delivery information and general questions.
  • Liaise with the warehouse and couriers, looking after the daily management of orders, deliveries, returns and customer feedback and ensuring any disputes are resolved in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Assist the CS Manager in training junior staff members, and solving customer queries escalated to you
  • Ensuring Amazon A-Z cases, eBay resolution centre disputes and return requests along with PapPal cases are responded to promptly and precisely.
  • Responding to customer messages from all sales channels including but not limited to eBay, Amazon & the businesses websites, ensuring high feedback score is maintained.
  • Assist the CS Manager to update management with monthly reports, and assist in creating processes and procedures to ensure the team runs efficiently.
Requirements
  • The successful candidate will strive to give each customer they deal with a positive experience.
  • A good understanding of beauty products is essential in order to help customers with their questions and purchases.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel Application and other Office Applications
  • Working with Zendesk
