On-boarding Operations Manager The organisation is an international financial services organisation with head quartered at Canary wharf. The HR function has over 100 headcount, most of which is in London and the HR Operations team operates an agile and effective engine for the wider HR community and employees.Reporting into the Head of HR Operations, you would have total responsibility for the on-boarding team which consists of three dedicated advisors.The vacancy is both niche and broad. The bank puts all new employees through a stringent vetting process that takes weeks to complete and there is a high volume of new starters every week. There is also a multitude of third-party suppliers to communicatewith and navigate as well as working with internal senior stakeholders to ensure youre offering the most efficient service to their new starters as well as a high volume of internal mobility candidates. Other areas of focus are supporting career pathways and enabling rapid internal mobility, ensuring VISA information is obtained and collated. You would also have several touch points with news starters keeping them engaged and updated.The function is already set up but there are still many improvements to make - reducing time to hire, introducing more automation, but most of all adding quality to candidate experience- ensuring they are engaged and on-boarded superbly. You willsupport your team to deliver a very high touch service.To apply, you will have worked in HR operations or talent acquisition where you focused on on-boarding and have great understanding of on-boarding and new starter processes. You will ideally have some line management experience too.
