We pride ourselves on leading for new, innovative and sustainable products and solutions, both for todayand for a new era of building.To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for an Office Manager/PA to come and join our team at our iStudio, located in Hatton Garden (EC1N 8HN). This role is offered as a 12 month FTC, covering maternity leave.As our Office Manager/PA, you will:•Provide PA support to Sales Director and team(s)•Be responsible for all visitors, ensuring they sign in correctly and are properly informed of all safety requirements such as Fire Exits, First Aid Box etc.•Manage the diary of the meeting rooms, and ensuring they are set up correctly and fully stocked•Oversee management of building maintenance•Organise catering for meetings from external suppliers, b ensuring adequate refreshments are available during meetings•Own reception and switchboard duties, handling calls as appropriate with responsibility for incoming and outgoing post•Manage general admin duties including photocopying, scanning and printing for colleagues•Book hotels for visitors to London using RoomEx (Ibstock booking system)•Coordinate/lead on event management (primarily architectural events to be held at the London office)•Oversee cost control and liaison with external suppliers (as part of Ibstock’ s policy)In order to be successful as Office Manager/PA, you will ideally be/have:•Experience in a standalone role with receptionist and administrative duties•Experience with budgets and or supplier management•Attention to detail and organisational skills•Ability to manage basic and complex tasks•Basic understanding of Microsoft Packages•Happy to build relationships with both internal and external customers•Comfortable with being flexible and an ever-changing list of prioritiesThink you can make a difference WE ARE your future.More details:•12 month FTC with hybrid working options•Competitive salary•10% matched pension, administered by Legal and General•3x life insurance•Share Save scheme eligibility•Full access to Employee Assistance programme for self and family members•Access to high street retail discounts platform – with access to discounts at Tesco, Asda, etc…•Personal development and career progression opportunitiesOur commitment to diversity and inclusionExcited about the role, but your past experience or qualifications don’t perfectly match everything in the job description We would encourage you to still apply.
