Job Description

**CALLING ALL TEMP CANDIDATES!**Are you looking for an exciting, dynamic interim temporary position working for a variety of creative and groundbreaking companiesLook no furtherWe are recruiting for temporary candidates across the South West area including Westminister, Battersea, Clapham & Hammersmith within the following roles:

  • Administration Assistant
  • Graduate Roles
  • Receptionist
  • Showroom Assistant
  • Office Manager
  • PA / EA
  • Data Entry Assistant
Some of the duties will include:
  • Excellent telephone manner, taking messages and transferring if necessary
  • Meeting and greeting guests and offering refreshments
  • Experience within administration tasks
  • Good use of Microsoft platforms
  • Formatting, drafting and printing of relevant documents
  • Being the point of contact for suppliers and ensuring office supplies and resources are restocked
