Job Description

A construction company, who specialise in the development of high-end residential construction, are recruiting for an Office Assistant (Office & Purchasing Administration) to join their successful business. on a ongoing temporary basis, to start immediately.You will be supporting and working closely, with the companys director and alongside this you would be required to liaise with various clients, site managers, supporting live projects and office administration.West LondonTemporary (Based on the salary equivalent of £20,000 to £24,000 per annum)Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)

  • Support with the office/ Hammersmith headquarters management
  • Arranging meetings and coordinating meeting space if necessary (including preparing rooms and refreshments)
  • Planning and arranging internal and external meetings
  • Order stationery and other office supplies
  • Telephone and email correspondence with suppliers and clients
  • Purchasing Support
  • Placing of orders and ensure requested goods are delivered on time
  • Support the accounts & purchasing team to order materials in advance of works taking place when necessary
  • Raising purchase orders to suppliers
  • Liaising with sub-contractors to arrange works and obtain updates
  • Obtain updates from the operatives including progress of works and further actions needed
  • Maintain and build on existing relationships with suppliers & clients
