Job Description

Our client is a leading mental health Charity located in London that that enriches and saves lives impacted by mental illness and distress. Our client is currently recruiting an interim Office / Operations Manager to join their team.A crucial part of our clients strategy is to ensure an outstanding user experience for everyone that contacts them so that all stakeholders feel listened to with kindness and compassion and are directed to the right person to meet their need. This role willbe varied and will consist of the following; * Working closely with the Volunteering Manager to recruit and manage volunteers* Devise and maintain office systems and processes* Provide administration support for Board of Trustees* Coordinating various projects* Database management to involve updating record-keeping systems and ensuring compliance is kept up to date* Organising and diarising of meetings when requested* Assisting with the set-up and organisation of events such as fundraising events, educational events, staff get-togethers, away-days, and wellbeing daysThis is an excellent opportunity for an Operations Manager to work within a rewarding charity.
