West End of London based leading Private Equity firm is looking for a temp to perm Office Manager with facilities to provide support and upkeep of the officeClient DetailsMy client is one of Europes leading Private Equity firms and is a multicultural environment with a positive and supportive atmosphereDescriptionThis temp to perm Office Manager with facilities for West End based Private Equity firmwill be responsible for providing full support for the upkeep and maintenance of the office environment

  • Health and Safety and ongoing updates
  • Office Testing - PAT Testing, Fire Risk assessment, Fire Warden
  • Coordinating any office maintenance work, liaising with and managing relationships with suppliers and contractors
  • Travel Agent, Taxis, Office Cleaning
  • Air Conditioning
  • Pest Control
  • Lighting / electrical
  • Coffee machines / water-dispensers
  • Office Flowers / Plants
  • Storage facilities
  • Ordering office supplies (kitchen appliances, drinks and stationary)
  • Set up new user accounts
  • Manage office alarm system. On-call contact for alarm.
  • Building security management - access cards
  • Coordinating Desk moves / coordinate any new office furniture
  • Mail management (franking machine, postage follow up)
  • Corporate vehicle fleet management - Main contact for Driver assistance and support
  • Assist with driver accident claims
  • Parking Permits, Penalty charges
  • Car ordering, tracker installation, service and maintenance
  • ProfileThe ideal person for this temp to perm Office Manager with facilities for West End based Private Equity firm
  • Previously have worked as an Office Manager with facilities within financial services
  • Initiative and Problem Solving Skills
  • Excellent organiser with good administration skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Ability to work under pressure, remaining calm and effective at all times whilst
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with clients of any level
  • Happy to carry out basic tasks
  • Team player
  • Sound MS-Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Job OfferThis temp to perm Office Manager with facilities for West End based Private Equity firm is offering £45,000 - £50,000 dependant on skills
