Job Description

A fantastic hybrid role - 3 days in the office - 2 from home. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic co-ordinator looking to further their career. We are seeking a Team Co-ordinator and office Manger to support our growing sales and technicalteams.Based in Victoria - Salary £38,000pa-£42,000pa + 25 days holiday + BH, hybrid workingKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Organising and working with our suppliers to ensure effective and timely delivery of quality services
  • Office administration and team diary management
  • Support and administration of our critical systems such as CRM and accounting
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of technology projects. Co-ordination of project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Communication of project status updates to relevant parties.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal and external teams ensuring information flow between teams is effective
  • Co-ordinate procurement and inventory management for necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Working with sales to ensure paperwork is in order and submitted correctly for handover to delivery teams.
  • Ensure company workflow procedures are followed to ensure maximum efficiency.
About you Experience:
  • Proven experience as an office co-ordinator/office Manager.
  • Proven experience of organisational skills.
  • Positive, high-energy, team motivated, caring individual.
  • Must have experience with using CRM systems.
  • Confident and outgoing.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • An excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
