Job Description

A fantastic, global organisation is looking for a Team administrator with office manager type experience to support a team of very busy managers.Interested candidates must have had previous and fairly recent office based admin experience as well as Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience.You will work from an office based in Vauxhall, working 40hrs per week (8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday)ResponsibilitiesT

  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of documentation to clients.
  • Generate and compile information for Account Managers to use during presentations and meetings.
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries and/or directs to appropriate personnel.
  • Liaising with internal departments such as Work Assignment, Field Engineering, Client Services teams.
  • Liaise with suppliers and order office products and services
  • Type general correspondence
  • Organise a busy diary system
  • Ad hoc administration tasks as requested.
Knowledge and Skills required:
  • Proven experience supporting a work group and/or manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong technical skills, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office applications such as Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive. A knowledge of Power Bi would also be an advantage.
