Job Description

Who will I be working forYou will be working for a highly successful organisation who are experiencing continued growth. They have a really friendly, supportive culture.What will I be doing

  • Management of Office Assistant
  • Reception duties
  • Organising meeting room booking requests
  • Processing invoices
  • Dealing with office deliveries
  • Manages the office insurance contracts with Commercial team
  • Maintains all office ancillaries (printers, paper, toners, pens etc)
  • Creating and Monitor KPI/ SLAs
  • Oversee all aspects of facilities at the London head office
  • Oversee tendering of contracts process
  • Review and implement procedural adjustments in facilities and in the office
  • Manage the upkeep of CAD floor plans
  • Responsible for health & safety
  • Gaining ISO 14001 environmental accreditation
  • Oversee and liaise with external contractors as well as inductions to site
  • Liaise with property management team and Landlord as require
  • Oversee inventory and supplies for the building
  • Control and monitor all contractor documentation, regarding permits, risk assessments and method statements
  • Lead major and minor office changes
What skills and experience are required:-
  • Proven track record within Facilities/Office Management
  • Ability to create a warm and welcoming office environment
  • Proven relationship building skills
  • Customer service orientated communicator / proven relationship building experience.
  • Able to influence
  • Health and safety experience
