Job Description

As the Office Manager for a top media company, you will work in a fun and supportive Services team from an open plan, fast paced, Victoria location. This role will support the Services department with first class written and spoken communication to a range of stakeholders, alongside budget management, facilities management on the JIRA ticketing system and finance reports using Google Sheets.Client DetailsThis client is a highly prestigious media company in London who will look excellent on your CV!   • Internal and external communication to a range of stakeholders
  • Support department who looks after the post room, building engineers, house keeping, hospitality
  • Day to day management of the JIRA ticketing system
  • Respond to emails and enquiries
  • Finance assistance; budgeting, POs, receipting, running reports
  • Company travel and insurance
  • Help manage the intranet pages
  • Issue security passes using the security system
  • ProfileTo be successful in applying for this position, you will have the following:
  • Facilities experience
  • Finance experience
  • JIRA or a similar ticketing system
  • Gsuite - Google sheets, Gmail, Google Docs
  • Excellent at multi tasking
