Job Description

We have a new temp-to-perm Office Manager role which would be working for one of our creative clients in Central London.This would be 5-days in the office, initially starting as a temporary position with the potential for permanent growth.They are looking for an experience Office Manager who can come in and hit the ground running. There would be occasional PA duties for the MD as well, but the primary focus would be the running of their modern office space. It is a small office with around 15-20staff and due to hybrid working, the number of staff in the office at once fluctuates throughout the week. Overall they are hoping for someone who is a quick learner, able to be proactive in their working style and who is happy to help across different areas of the business when needed. Key responsibilities

  • Accounting support including filing and submission of documentation
  • Updating the database and records
  • Assisting with Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail
  • Overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of the office space including ordering supplies
  • Processing expenses and POs
  • Organising travel for staff
  • Ad-hoc admin support for senior management including scheduling
  • Recruitment and HR support including onboarding
Essential skills:
  • Organised and able to manage their time
  • Happy working in an environment which fluctuates between busy and quiet
  • Proactive working style
  • Experience working as an Office Manager for at least 3 years previously
  • Knowledge of Office 365
