Job Description

YouDo you want to be the Office Manager for one of the best independent estate agencies in London… nay… the UKYou are the unsung hero, the oil that keeps the engine room running smoothly. Proactive, but not a busy body. Sensible, reliable, enthusiastic and confident in what needs to be done. No sky too high, no challenge too tough, no task too rough.Strong communication skills are essential. Being able to communicate verbally and written with all stakeholders. Providing a memorable experience.You will be looking after the day-to-day running of this incredible independent estate agency in West Hampstead.Energy sappers and no-good doers need not apply.ThemThey are a modern, energetic, fun-loving bunch who perform to industry leading standards as reflected in the reviews, awards and culture.They are revered far and wide as top operators. Continuously evolving, the tip of the spear when it comes to customer service and improving themselves and the industry.What could your day look like

  • Reception duties, including answering calls and greeting clients enthusiastically
  • Answering general emails and postal correspondence
  • Manage health and safety as well as fire regulations within the office
  • Order office supplies
  • Responsible for communicating with IT regarding issues/updates
  • Website and portal upkeep. Setting up new starters
  • Assistance creating PDF reports including formatting, proof reading and merging documents
  • Work overflow assistance/holiday/sickness cover
  • Assisting departments with ad hoc general needs
Hours
  • Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and/or 9am-6pm
  • Full-time office-based role
