Job Description

HR/Office ManagerSalary: £30,000 + benefitsLocation: Monument (London City)Type: Maternity Cover /Full timeA fast-growing recruitment agency based within the heart of London City are looking for a talented HR and Office Manager to join our existing team. Your prime responsibility is to oversee the entire function off the office whilst having the gravitas and confidence to be able to assist the Directors with the sales team management. This is the perfect role for a person looking for a lot of responsibility. To apply to this role, you must have worked in a similar position within a sales or recruitment company.Duties

  • Being a central point of contact in the office (go to person)
  • Dealing with nurse payment queries
  • Assisting the CEO with diary management
  • Assist with procurement applications
  • Organising and booking travel for senior management when needed
  • Heading up and the entire internal recruitment process
  • Supporting the existing sales team with IT & phone queries
  • Events organising for the company (Nurse training, quarterly awards, Christmas parties, etc.)
  • Being a central point of contact to all suppliers
  • Renewing contracts with current suppliers
  • Managing and authorising team annual leave and sickness
  • Recognising sickness/absence patterns and addressing with the director if there is a cause for concern
  • Scheduling & attending the sales teams 1:1’s with management
  • Assisting with disciplinary procedures (formal warnings & dismissals)
  • Recognising training needs within the sales team and arranging relevant training courses (compliance)
  • Taking minutes and actions in senior team meetings
  • Enrolling & setting up new starters
  • Ordering stationary for the entire office
  • General maintaining of office upkeeping
  • Requirements for this role
  • A minimum of X1 years’ experience working within a Sales (ideally recruitment) team in a similar role
  • HR experience/ knowledge
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Confidence in managing a sales team
  • The ability to be able to think on your feet
  • Excellent time keeping skills
