Job Description

* ASAP start 6 or 7 Feb 2024* ongoing for at least three months with potential to extend* Office based in Westminster, SW1PMy client is an incredibly large not for profit organisation based in a historial building in central London. They are looking for a bright and eager assistant to join their facilities team on an ongoing basis starting ASAP. This is a brand new role within the team Working hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday based in Westminster, SW1* You will provide admin support to the head of department and wider team* Answer incoming calls and emails from service users* Allocated tasks across the team* Log requests using excel* Send out and record risk assessments* Procuring office suppliesSkills needed* Microsoft competent including Excel* Be able to work in a team and on own initiative* Some understanding of office health and safety beneficialThe first few weeks in the post will involve thorough training and induction. You will shadow and get to know every member of the team and their role so you understand everything there is to know about how they operate.
