Job Description

Office CoordinatorNorth West London£22 -26kOur client is a successful Property Development company located in North West London. We are recruiting an Office Coordinator to assist their Building Development team during an exciting time of growth. Full training will be given to the right person to develop knowledge on design for new builds. The successful candidate will be highly efficient, quick thinking with the want to progress their career. Duties to include: * Liaising with Architects & Surveyors regarding new builds* Dealing with incoming emails and correspondence * Dealing with incoming enquiries * Assisting with the interior design of new build properties * Producing reports and presentations * Ordering products, raising purchase orders for property interior * General administrative duties Key skills: * Educated to A level or above* A creative flair for design * Strong IT skills This is simply a fabulous opportunity for an Office Coordinator to join a successful Property Development company & get fully immersed in project work related to new build & design with an opportunity to progress.
