Job Description

The CompanyQuest have proudly partnered with a leading Luxury Office Group, hiring for a new Office Centre Manager to join their team. Our client have established themselves within the Luxury Office space, with a reputation of providing a 5* service in supporting their clients needs.The have a close knit team, and developed a strong integrated working culture where everyone pitches in and will support the team to succeed.The RoleThe Office Centre Manager will be responsible for many areas of the business, from onboarding new clients, creating bespoke and tailored services for clients to handling daily administrative duties.Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding new clients, taking them on tours around office spaces to ensure that you can meet their needs, and presenting fresh solutions
  • Ensuring Offices meet clients requirements i.e Floorplan, layout, furnishing, telephony/IT requirements
  • Providing excellent services to existing clients
  • Ensuring Entraces, Kitchens, Toilets and Communal areas are always pristine
  • Ensuring everyone is briefed and up to date with Health and Safety and Fire Safety rules
  • Motivating the team and ensure they always deliver service to the highest standards
  • Maintaining relations with suppliers and maintence and acting as the primary contact
  • Generating invoices and capturing client charges for billing purposes on a monthly basis
  • The Skills and Experience RequiredTo be successful in your application for the Office Centre Manager you will have experience from a LUXURY serviced offfice provider, retailer or hospitality (restaurant or hotel). You will pride yourself on delivering the highest standard of customer care, and naturally go above and beyond to provide clients with exceptional experiences.
  • 3+ years Team Management experience
  • Bubbly disposition, always smiling and creating a positive work atmosphere
  • Experience managing client relationship
  • Highly organised with the abilitiy to prioritise issues and delegate tasks
  • Solutions orientated
  • Immaculate dress sense, always well-dressed and groomed and acting as a personal ambassador for the business.
