Job Description

Leading Global Private Equity firm are lookingfor an immediate Office Assistant who wants to take the reins in a exceptionallyvaried, fast paced, and dynamic role.This is an excitingopportunity for an outgoing, proactive, and driven Office Assistant to be directly involved in the relocation, administration, and management duties within a Private Equity firm. Youll play an integral part of the Office management teamtoensure the smooth running in this global firm.This role would be perfect for someone who wants to take on more responsibility as a receptionist, teamassistantin an Office Assistantcapacity.You will work closely with the COO and the Office Manager.This Office Assistant role requires someone whos eager to get stuck in and unafraid to help with anything, especially ensuring the smooth running of the office. As Office Assistant, you would be the first point of contact in this effervescent atmosphere and diverse role.Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Supporting the COO and Office Manager
  • Relocation tasks for the office
  • Admin duties: expenses, filing, photocopying, proofreading
  • Answering calls and acting as gatekeeper
  • Meeting and greeting guests, ensuring reception is always presentable
  • Managing the office diary and scheduling meetings
  • Making sure inventory and refreshments are always stocked
The ideal candidate will have 2 - 4 years of experience as anOffice Assistant, Receptionist within Private Equity, Investment or Professional Services.Initially, this is a3-month ongoing contract, and it may have the potentialto become permanent if you impress.5 days a week in office.If you have a can-do attitude, are a highly organised and dynamic Office Assistant and is immediately available, apply now!
