Calling all Customer Service Advisors, Receptionists and Office Assistants!Are you interested in a hybrid working customer service office based role for one of the largest Transport Organisations in the world Then this is the role for you!Key InformationClient: Transport for LondonHourly rate: £13.78 PAYE (uplifted) or £17.34 UmbrellaLocation:StratfordStart Date:ASAPHours:35 hours a week (Monday - Friday) Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office each week)Contract Duration:6months (view to extend)About the Job- You will be responsible for first line and follow-up customer contacts by telephone, email, letter and in person- Responding to a wide range of queries spanning payments, bookings, refunds, information, complaints and other enquiries.Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate and relevant information promptly in a warm friendly and personable tone and provide highest quality customer service- Deal with public comments effectively and give only disclosable information- Answer all queries as quickly as possible ensuring that the reply is accurate, the tone is friendly, and that the customer’s query is fully answered- Process refunds accurately and in a timely manner- Logging and coding/categorising each customer contact item accurately- Updating frequently asked questions and information on both internal facing knowledge bases and external customer facing knowledge bases.Skills, Knowledge Experience- Customer service experience face-to-face, over the phone and viaemail (Required)- Experience with dealing with customer queries via email and displaying high quality customer service- Demonstrate Excellent communication skills at all times and be able to work effectively in a team- Must have their own Laptop (REQUIRED)Dont miss your chance to be a part of London’s Transport Scene.
