Office AssistantCommodity Trading FirmLondon Victoria£35-40,000 plus benefits & bonusFully office based Hours of work: * 8.30am - 5.30pm will be the core hours* When covering Reception roles for holiday and unplanned absence you will be required to work the following shift pattern: 8am and 6:30pm (Shifts 8am -5pm and 9:30am -6:30pm)Are you a multitasking superstar with an eye for detail and a passion for organization Were seeking an energetic and enthusiastic office assistant to join our clients rapidly growing team! As their Office Assistant, youll help keep the office runningsmoothly, support their Office Manager, and tackle a wide variety of tasks from managing schedules and coordinating meetings to managing the office supplies and maintaining an immaculate workspace. With plenty of opportunities for professional developmentand advancement, this is the perfect position for a motivated individual looking to start their career in office management!Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Office Manager with smooth running of the London office.
  • Provide support and cover for the Receptionist team including adhering to a shift rota to provide lunchtime, holiday, and unplanned absence cover.
  • Assisting will all aspects of office administration e.g., managing travel arrangements for employees including liaising with the travel agent on complex itineraries and support employee visa applications.
  • Responsibility for day-to-day office operations e.g., organising stationary, paper supplies, conducting daily stock checks, stocking fridges with drinks for all floors, organisation of daily laundry supplies.
  • Responding to enquiries and general administrative tasks.
