Job Description

A thriving and exciting build to rent company is looking for an office manager with HR experience to work in a busy location in Lewisham. The company offer an excellent benefits package including pension, healthcare, season ticket loan and gym membershipand hours are 9 to 5:30 Monday to Friday. This is a site based role where you will work with a fantastic team in a new regeneration area with lots of exciting new amenities!The Role

  • Responsibility for the smooth and successful running of a new office
  • Setting up processes and procedures
  • Putting in place contracts with service providers - for example cleaners and IT providers
  • Managing holidays and sickness for a large workforce
  • Managing contractors and internal stakeholders
  • Responsibility for arranging internal and external meetings
  • Assisting with company and external events
  • Being the main point of contact for staff and providing solutions to any issues
  • Being the main point of contact for IT and liaise between IT solutions and staff to fix problems
  • Be the CRM guru!
Who are we looking for
  • Experience in office management - experience in a sales, property or professional services organisation would be advantageous
  • Some experience with HR - assisting with contracts and staff management
  • Advanced Word, Excel and Power Point skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience of maximising the performance of CRM systems and rolling out CRM compliance to a team
  • A motivated and can-do attitude with a positive approach
