LOCATION: PIMLICODuties:

  • Welcoming customers, candidates, and guests to the company
  • Day to day running of the office
  • Lead, drive and execute on various team events, including off-sites, happy hours, office lunch, etc
  • Support with the Execs calendars, coordinating meetings and calls, including video conferencing
  • Manage all travel and expenses
  • Be ready to handle last-minute changes
  • Work with a diverse range of individuals at all levels in the organisation
  • Assist with special assignments/projects, as needed
Person:
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, exercise judgement, and see beyond the day-to-day to anticipate changing needs
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with Google Apps (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar), Microsoft Office, Concur and video conferencing tools
  • Take feedback well, but also be able to work autonomously with little direction and make decisions as needed
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Experience of organising mid-sized events is preferable but the desire to do it is essential!
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
