Job Description

Office Administrator & Receptionist£21,000 - £26,000 *Depending on experience 9am - 6pm Full Time, Office Based - Based near Bank StationOur client, a fast-paced Financial Services company based within the heart of the City are looking for an Office Administrator to join their friendly and social team on a permanent basis!This is fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and develop their skills within an administration role! As an office administrator you would provide administration support to the office, teams, and managers!Why Work for this Company

Duties:
  • Providing office administration and support to all team members.
  • Meeting and greeting guests.
  • Take telephone calls, concise messages and respond where appropriate.
  • Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure a smooth day to day business.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Procurement of stationery and refreshments and weekly shop.
  • Organise staff socials & events.
  • Creative ideas to improve great working environment.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and events which may require out of hours working.
  • Maintaining the office and arranging repairs when necessary.
  • Ensure the reception and office area is tidy and presentable.
  • Collecting and distributing mail.
  • Take on ad hoc duties when requested to assist office.
Requirements:
  • Personality is key for this role! Must be bubbly, outgoing, and personable.
  • Some experience in a similar reception role would be ideal.
  • Super friendly, sociable, and fun company!
  • Background in a customer service or retail position is required.
  • Must be very hands on, willing to get involved and help out with any duty and small tasks.
  • Ability to make decisions independently.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and social skills.
  • Ability to work in busy and varied work situations.
  • Happy, cheerful, welcoming, creative, willing to sit at reception but also get involved with any other duties and responsibilities.
