Job Description

Great property firm looking for an Office Administrator/PA to join their fun and buzzy team! A real chance to make the role your own! Salary £25-30kLooking for a proactive candidate with some office administrator and PA experience who wants to develop in the role and take control of the office management and provide support to the team. You will be hard working, with great attention to detail and have previous experience working with Xero Accounting Software.This is a fabulous, varied role where you will become an integral part of this small but very busy team.Office Administrator/PA duties:

  • Providing support to a team of 6 people
  • Diary Management
  • Accounts admin on Xero
  • Arranging international business and personal travel arrangements
  • Organise company events, including annual summer days and Christmas trips
  • Managing the day to day running of office, including office supplies, stationery, office facilities and IT support
  • Maintaining the company website, including writing content and press releases
  • Managing corporate events and meetings, including coordination and liaison with existing, international and prospective clients
  • Liaising with and maintaining professional working relationships with clients
  • Other general administrative duties as required, such as screening calls, meeting rooms, lunch meetings, restaurant bookings, couriers and transportation
  • Essential requirements:
  • Experience using Xero accounting software
  • 18 months+ PA/Office Administrator experience
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Proactive and outgoing with a can-do attitude
